1. PRIVACY POLICY

At ASDigitalWorld, your privacy is our priority. We strictly safeguard your personal information and will never share it with third parties unless required by law or explicitly requested by you. Any data we collect is utilized solely to enhance your services and showcase our expertise in our portfolio, subject to your approval.

2. Domain Registration and Hosting

For clients opting for ASDigitalWorld's domain registration and hosting services, we handle all updates and upgrades. Annual renewal fees for domains and hosting will apply. Clients utilizing their own domain and hosting are responsible for its maintenance, updates, and security. ASDigitalWorld is not liable for any issues arising in external domains or hosting platforms.

3. Image Usage in Designs

For designs requiring photos, clients must supply all necessary images within 10 business days. If images are not provided, ASDigitalWorld reserves the right to use substitute images. Requests to replace substitute images at a later stage may incur extra fees. Clients may also opt to use our premium stock images or banners for an additional charge.

4. Mockup Approval Process

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on design mockups within 10 business days. If no feedback is received, the mockup will be considered approved by default. Subsequent design changes may incur additional charges.

5. Client Meetings During Development

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients who wish to meet our developers must schedule a prior appointment at our premises. Unscheduled visits cannot be accommodated. Please note that our developers and designers do not conduct meetings at client locations.

6. PAYMENT POLICIES

• PROJECT FEES – A 50% deposit is required at the start of the project. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days after project completion. Once full payment is received, the website will be transferred to the client’s server and made live.
• MONTHLY PAYMENTS – Payments for services such as Hosting, Maintenance, and SEO must be cleared within the first 10 days of each month. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty on the outstanding balance. Service termination may occur for overdue payments.
• NON-PAYMENT-PANELTIES – Outstanding project balances not paid within 10 business days will attract a 10% penalty. Balances overdue by 30 days will be reported to credit bureaus. Accounts remaining unpaid for 60 days will be handed over to a collections agency.
